Contact Us

Questions, suggestions, corrections or problems — we answer everything.

The best way to reach us is by email: [email protected]. The site is maintained by one person, so a reply may take a few days — but every message is read.

Before writing: it may already be answered

Most of the messages we get are about the same four situations, and each has a detailed answer somewhere on the site:

  • "My QR Code will not scan." It is almost always print size, contrast or an oversized logo. The section on scanning failures on the link QR Code page covers the most common causes.
  • "How do I change the link afterwards?" You cannot edit a code once generated, but there is a simple workaround, explained on the link QR Code page.
  • "The Wi-Fi QR Code connected with the wrong password." Usually a special character in the password. See the Wi-Fi QR Code page.
  • "My name came out truncated in PIX." That is the 25-character limit in the Central Bank specification, explained on the PIX QR Code page.

Feature suggestions

Missing a QR Code type you need? A customization option that would make a difference in your work? Tell us your concrete use case — the more specific, the better the chance it becomes a priority.
